The Blue Shrimp Restaurant has a fresh seafood obsession. Shrimp, lobster, fish and oysters are delivered everyday from local fishermen. If the catch was any fresher, it would still be swimming in the Pacific. The restaurant is located on the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Los Muertos. They offer shrimp served over 30 different ways.

The menu also includes authentic Mexican specialties, steaks, salads, soups and more. The dedication to quality is found in every aspect of this family owned and operated eating establishment. It is a great mix of the finest ingredients, prepared by experts and served in a fun, casual atmosphere.

The Blue Shrimp was founded in 1999 and was one of the first restaurants in Banderas Bay targeted toward families.
