“This is one of our most complete dishes, as it includes a fine cut, seafood and side dishes cooked with high-quality techniques. The diner chooses the foods he wants on his plate.” —David Robles, chef at Lobster Paradise Prime Seafood.

The Surf & Turf brings together the best of two gastronomic worlds. Also known as Mar y Tierra, this dish is composed of a fine cut and seafood. The version we present is composed of an Angus beef filet, fresh blue shrimp and a lobster tail with creamy beurre blanc sauce. To accompany the proteins, the chef chose asparagus, mashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes. Additionally, he decorated the plate with edible flowers, creating a very attractive presentation.

At this restaurant located in Punta de Mita, diners can customize their Surf & Turf with cuts such as Tomahawk, New York, Rib Eye, Angus Filet and Kurobuta Pork. The variety of seafood includes octopus, pescado zarandeado, blue shrimp, scallops and lobster (the specialty of the house).

In addition, side dishes range from creamy shrimp risotto to Frutti di Mare pasta, not to mention sautéed mixed vegetables, baby vegetables, grilled asparagus and garlic mushrooms. Thanks to all these possibilities, the Surf & Turf represents a paradise of flavors to discover while you relax on the seashore.

Before taking the first bite, choose a sauce for your cut, be it red wine, red chimichurri, pepper or Thai-style green curry. According to the dishes you choose, the sommelier will recommend the ideal wine to make your experience even more enjoyable.
