Vallarta Lifestyles proudly announces the release of its October-December 2024 edition, which is now being distributed throughout the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit area.

The special feature of this edition, titled 9 Gallery Curators Shaping the Local Art Market, takes us into the fascinating world of art through the eyes of its visionaries. These gallery owners have been at the forefront of cultural development, driving the local art scene with their talent and dedication. Additionally, the article includes a journey through the history and evolution of their galleries, as well as a selection of the most iconic pieces they exhibit.

In the Places to Be Seen section, Vallarta Lifestyles showcases some of the most exclusive venues to enjoy in the region. From the classic elegance of Hacienda San Ángel to the vibrant atmosphere of Cumarú Padel Club, including the seafood delights at El Faro Mariscos and the irresistible artisanal cookies from Cookie Star. The magazine also highlights Plataforma 322, a constantly evolving cultural space that is not to be missed.

Art and design are a constant presence in this edition, which pays tribute to Isela Mariscal, a renowned plastic artist and art promoter, as well as Guillermo Michel, an architect whose focus on respecting the environment has left an indelible mark on local architecture.

Vallarta Lifestyles dedicates an article to four baristas who are revolutionizing the specialty coffee scene in Puerto Vallarta: Ángel Velázquez from Cáliz Café, Priscilla Maya from Elforoteo Café Real, and Marcus Oswald and Arjuna Valero from Café Revueltas. Each of them shares their passion for extraction methods and the techniques that have allowed them to stand out in this competitive market.

The Spotlight of this edition shines with the presence of Pezetarian MX, a restaurant in San Pancho, Nayarit, that fuses the fresh flavors of the Mexican Pacific with the sophistication of Asian cuisine. Luis Palomera, its owner, along with chef Pato Pérsico, offer a unique culinary experience.

Additionally, we proudly present Villa Tita, an exclusive property recently remodeled in the private Amapas area, which consists of six rooms and four additional casitas, with a capacity of up to 22 guests. Its owners, Jim Reis and Robert Bisor, share exclusive details about the villa’s transformation, which promises to be the perfect destination for a dream vacation.

The Hidden Gems section of this edition reveals true hidden treasures that capture the essence of local charm. First, Aldea Peñón stands out, an intimate boutique hotel nestled in Los Ayala, Nayarit, meticulously managed by siblings Lizi, Samuel, and César Aguirre. Additionally, in the Versalles neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta, we find Barra 322, a cocktail room directed by Guillermo Trejo, where signature mixology is paired with a sophisticated atmosphere. Finally, Maracuyá, an exclusive boutique led by Renee Pérez and Sofía Boettner, dazzles with its selection of unique garments that reflect contemporary fashion with a tropical touch.

The October-December 2024 edition of Vallarta Lifestyles is now available at one of the more than 250 distribution points along the bay.

Enjoy it!
