The 29th edition of the prestigious International Gourmet Festival is just around the corner. Once again, Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and Tepic are preparing to host some of the world’s most renowned chefs and haute cuisine enthusiasts in an event where flavors and traditions intertwine in perfect harmony.

This event, now a tradition in Mexico’s culinary scene, brings together world-class chefs and gourmets from around the globe to celebrate the creativity, diversity, and art of cooking.

A Dreamlike Opening Gala
The event kicks off on November 7 with a spectacular Gatsby-themed Opening Night at the stunning TierraLuna Gardens in Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa. Under a sky lit by fireworks, attendees will enjoy a visual and sensory feast accompanied by live performances and music, creating a glamorous ambiance that will set the tone for an unforgettable culinary celebration. Nearly one thousand participants, including guest chefs and personalities from the culinary world, will gather to toast the start of this magical edition of the festival.

Unique Experiences at Every Dinner
From November 7 to 17, 24 renowned restaurants in the region will participate in the festival, offering specially designed menus in collaboration with guest chefs. Each night, attendees will savor tasting dinners and explore a variety of dishes showcasing the best of local and international cuisine. One of the festival’s most exclusive events is the Gourmet Safari, a unique experience where diners visit three of Puerto Vallarta’s best restaurants in one evening, enjoying a dish with a wine pairing at each stop. The route begins with an appetizer at El Dorado, continues with a main course at Kaiser Maximilian, and concludes with dessert at the iconic Café des Artistes, providing a luxurious culinary journey at each venue.

Chef’s Table and Close Encounters with Culinary Masters
For those seeking an even more intimate experience, the festival presents two special Chef’s Table events. In these exclusive gatherings, guests not only taste unique creations but also have the chance to converse directly with the chefs, who share their creative process and the stories behind each dish. This event is a true summit of culinary creativity and an opportunity for guests to learn and enjoy in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Starry Night: Glamour and Gastronomy
One of the most anticipated moments of the festival is the Starry Night, an evening filled with elegance and culinary magic set in the enchanting gardens of Café des Artistes. This event, led by renowned chefs Thierry Blouet and Elena Reygadas, will be a matchless experience where haute cuisine and live music combine to create an atmosphere inviting contemplation and enjoyment.
