Copa Vallarta de Gimnasia Rítmica 2024: Elegance and Competitiveness in Vallarta · Nayarit

The Puerto Vallarta International Convention Center buzzed with energy and excitement from April 24th to 28th, 2024, when it hosted the long-awaited Copa Vallarta de Gimnasia Rítmica 2024 (Vallarta Rhythmic Gymnastics Cup). This sporting event, organized by CODE Jalisco in collaboration with the Mexican Gymnastics Federation (FMG) and the Jalisco Gymnastics Federation, brought together more than 200 talented athletes from all over the country.

Rhythmic gymnastics is a specialty of gymnastics that incorporates dance steps into its routines with background music and the use of apparatus (ball, clubs, ribbon, rope, and hoop). It is a sport whose first official competitions took place in the second half of the 20th century.

During the competition, the gymnasts had the opportunity to show their talent and passion for this sport, where the audience was captivated by the grace and precision of their movements, synchronized to the music.

The Copa Vallarta de Gimnasia Rítmica 2024 not only served as a platform to exhibit national and local talent but also offered an opportunity to earn points for the national ranking and prepare for future high-level competitions.
