The dishes that stand out at the Mushroom Fest at Café des Artistes are a true ode to culinary creativity. The Warm Lobster Mushroom and Shrimp Salad blends the flavors of the sea and the land in a tantalizing combination. The Three Cooking Style Porcini Mushroom is presented as a unique sensory experience, while the Wild Funghi and Truffle Risotto pays homage to flavor. A special mention goes to the Truffle Ice-cream with Corn Crumble and Huitlacoche, a dessert that concludes the experience in a sublime manner.
