Itoshi Teru by UMAI · Asian Cuisine
The name of this delicious signature drink means “love” in Japanese. It contains sake and the house cristalino tequila, as well as natural green apple syrup, green tea, sprinkle of chia, lime aroma and white lychee flesh. It is decorated with lemon zest on the rim of a tall glass, with a whole lychee at the base and a slice of dehydrated green apple on the tip.
Madame Rosé by Tuna Blanca
This exquisite cocktail is made with lychee, mezcal, elderflower liqueur and a touch of Spanish cava to add a bubbly touch. Due to its ingredients, it proves to be smooth and refreshing to the palate.
Soursop Caipirinha by Pal’Mar Seafood & Grill Garage
This exotic drink is prepared with the natural pulp of this fruit, to which brown sugar is added, as well as lime juice, a twist of Controy and cachaça, which is Brazil’s distinctive liquor. Its presentation is very striking, as it is served with a lot of ice in a natural coconut bowl.
