International Reggae Fest in Riviera Nayarit
From May 17th to 19th, 2019, Riviera Nayarit will be the scenario of the International Reggae Fest first edition, a Bob Marley’s tribute, one of the most emblematic figures of this musical genre.
In a press conference headed by the Organizing Committee of the Festival, the Bahía de Banderas Hotels and Motels Association and Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau; they revealed that the line-up will be composed by Quique Neira, Nateesha Stream, Teacha Dee, Kass Smith, Jade 420, DJ Natty Congo Crew, Goade Band and Jah Wiz.
Alex Pace, the Jamaican’s representative in Mexico said that “Reggae unites the world and it has been recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage. For this reason, Jamaica and Mexico joined to make this event that will bring visitors from both countries to the destination.”
They have the support and sponsorship of the Riviera Nayarit brand, the Visitors and Conventions Office, the Embassy of Jamaica in Mexico, The Tourism Directorate of Jamaica and the Tourism Promotion Office of the Americas and the Caribbean, the Municipality of Bahía de Banderas, and Riviera Nayarit brand, as well as commercial brands such as Coca Cola, Copa Airlines, among others
The International Reggae Fest will be held at San Pancho, Nayarit, and the tickets presale ($350 pesos) has just begun and can be acquired on taquillacero.com. The organizers also confirmed that there would be general ($450 pesos) and VIP ($1,000 pesos) access.
The purpose of this event is to unite the two nations by sharing the best of both cultures, so don’t loose the opportunity to enjoy this tribute.
