Presenting 26th International Gourmet Festival

Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway hosted a cocktail that served as the official presentation of the 26th International Gourmet Festival, a culinary experience that brings together national and international chefs through a series of events that will take place in restaurants and resorts of Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit.

From November 12th to 20th, 2021, our destination will dress up with the gala’s chef’s jacket to receive 29 renowned international chefs who will come to share their knowledge to prepare unique dishes together with our destination’s chefs.

This year, the 27 restaurants that will participate in the International Gourmet Festival are Barrio Bistro by Memo Wulff, Blanca Blue, Bocados Steak House, Bordeaux by Secrets Vallarta Bay, Café des Artistes, Carolina, Divum · Signature Gourmet, El Dorado, Emiliano Comida y Vino, Hector’s Kitchen, Hiroshi · Asian Cuisine, ICÚ · Cocina de México, Kaiser Maximilian, La Casona Steak House and Piano Bar, La Corona· Cocina de Autor, Las Casitas, La Tosca · Trattoria da Gaetano, Le Kliff, LOMA 42 · Bahía, LOMA 42 · Tepic, Makal, Pacífico Beach Club, River Café, Spice Market, Táu Beach Club, Tukipa Restaurant at Imanta Resort and Tuna Blanca.

The opening will be on Friday, November 12th, 2021 at 8:00pm at TierraLuna Village, where guests and local chefs will serve samples of their culinary skills, which will be presented on different gourmet islands.

In addition, a tasting menu or a la carte gourmet dinner in the participating restaurants can be enjoyed by Vallarta · Nayarit residents and visitors every single night of the festival, so an unforgettable culinary experience can be appreciated.

This official presentation event was headed by chef Thierry Blouet, president of the Organizing Committee of the International Gourmet Festival, who was accompanied by Luis Villaseñor, director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board; Ludwig Estrada, director of Tourism and Municipal Economic Development of Puerto Vallarta; Marc Murphy, managing director of the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Riviera Nayarit; Jesús Carmona, president of the Riviera Nayarit Hotel and Motel Association and Javier Cruz, manager of Food and Beverage at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort.
