The American School Celebrates New Arts Center

The American School has just announced the inauguration of their new Javadpour Arts Center, featuring a vastly improved theater space and classrooms. To mark this important accomplishment, a live ballet and orchestra performance of Giselle, a romantic ballet in two acts, first performed by the Ballet du Théâtre de l’Académie Royale de Musique at the Salle Le Peltier in Paris, in 1841.The performance will take place on Sunday, March 13, at 7 pm, and will benefit the Puerto Vallarta Chamber Orchestra, the Puerto Vallarta Youth Orchestra and the Arte Danza y Cultural Classical Ballet Academy.

With over 20 dancers onstage and an orchestra performing live accompaniment, this promises to be a not-to-be-missed event. Tickets are $180 pesos per person.
