Ariel Awards 2025: A Celebration of National Cinema in Puerto Vallarta

Puerto Vallarta will become the host city for the 67th Ariel Awards, the highest distinction in Mexican cinema. Organized by the Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences (AMACC), the ceremony will take place on September 20th, 2025, at the International Convention Center, and will be broadcast on TNT HBO Max.
The official announcement of the nominations was recently made at the Cineteca Nacional in Mexico City, where Armando Casas, director of AMACC, highlighted that choosing Puerto Vallarta as the venue is part of an itinerant strategy aimed at expanding the reach and projection of this important cultural event.
