From May 20th to 26th, 2024, Puerto Vallarta will once again fill with vibrant colors, lively music, and celebrations as it hosts the Vallarta Pride festival. This annual event, now in its 11th edition, promises an unforgettable experience for both residents and visitors, showcasing the city’s unwavering commitment to inclusivity, love, and acceptance.

A Destination of Distinction

Puerto Vallarta has earned its place as an LGBTQ+ inclusive destination. Honored with the title of “Beach Destination of the Year” at the LGBTQ+ Travel Awards Mexico in 2023, the city seamlessly combines its traditional Mexican heritage with a progressive and welcoming atmosphere. 

The Festivities Unfold

Under the theme “Sun and Beach,” Vallarta Pride 2024 offers a week of extravagance, starting with lively opening parties at the city’s main gay bars and clubs. The heart of the action lies along the iconic Los Muertos Beach in the charming Romantic Zone, where the Mantamar Beach Club will host a series of live performances during six dynamic days.

PV Pride Pet Parade (May 20)
Join a sunset stroll along the Malecón with your furry friends or join the fun with shelter dogs provided by Puppy Paradise, benefiting a worthy cause.

Pink Dinner (May 22)
Enjoy an elegant evening of solidarity with a four-course dinner, live music, fireworks, and the prestigious “Pride Vanguard Award,” all in support of the local LGBTQ+ community.

Pride Sun Festival (May 22-24)
Immerse yourself in a celebration of fashion, food, and LGBTQ+ culture, featuring a diverse lineup of artists, exhibitor stalls, and culinary delights.

Rainbow Pride Run (May 25)
Get ready for Puerto Vallarta’s most colorful race, offering scenic routes along the famous Malecón.

Pride Parade (May 25)

Beach Party (May 25)
