Cuisine of the Sun Returns to Riviera Nayarit

Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa has recently announced the second edition of its culinary festival Cuisine of the Sun, taking place from April 26 – 29 at this AAA 4-Diamond resort located in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit. The event is under the direction of the renowned Food Network channel chef and USFOODS culinary specialist, Penny Davidi, and will feature a variety of activities, including elegant dinners, beachside BBQs, poolside degustations, a Chopped Challenge sponsored by SugarFoods, talk shows, workshops and much more.

Cuisine of the Sun will bring together celebrity chefs from United States, Mexico and Latin America, as well as mixologists and celebrities. Two-time Michelin starred chef Gilles Epie, Betty Vázquez, Patrick “Pat” Neely, Chris Kyler, Rahm Fama, Michele Ragussis, Martita Jara, Dakota Weiss and Cloyce Martin are some of the chefs that will join the event.
