Grupo de Teatro Dionisio premiered their sixth theater play El Estigma Ardiente (The Burning Stigma) on June 30th at the Main Stage in Act II Entertainment. Spanish spoken El Estigma Ardiente (written by Argentinian playwright Rogelio Borra), follows the story and investigation of a priest accused of abusing two minors.

The cast of El Estigma Ardiente consists of Juan Pablo Hernández who participates in the show Divas de Rancho; César Bravo, award winning leading actor of Un Hombre Ajeno; Oliver Michelena, member of the cast of Tramoyanas; and Christian Velasco, who last year was part of the cast of La Ley del Ranchero, also produced by the Dionisio. The play is directed by Juan Carlos Ramírez (who has also directed La Ley del Ranchero and Las Tramoyanas).

Assistant Director Samantha Dueñas, Lighting Manager Roberto García and General Assistant Alejandro Lamas also take part in this theatrical production. This is also the first project in which Puerto Vallarta based rental agency Palmera Vacations co-produces a theatre play together with Dionisio Theater Group.

El Estigma Ardiente was premiered on June 30, and will continue with presentations every weekend during the month of July – the days 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22- at the Main Stage of Act II Entertainment (Basilio Badillo & Insurgentes, Emiliano Zapata). The play is in Spanish only and the admission fee is $150 pesos Front Row, $120 pesos General and $60 pesos for students and senior citizens. “Vallarta Lifestyles, from its inception has been a quality reference. In some way, it has managed to consolidate the destination because all our restaurants where there and we communicate as an exchange platform. The benefit, besides advertisement and recommendation, is that this publication is a solid copy of Puerto Vallarta’s evolution. If you pick up an old issue, immediately you’ll recall precious memories.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”
