During February, wine lovers will be able to enjoy the different wine tastings offered by Uncork Mexico, where more than enjoying an exquisite selection of international wines, they will extend their knowledge regarding this delicious drink.
· Exotic Wine Grapes from Upcoming Regions (February 4th 2020)
Ideal for those looking for new flavors, this tasting will introduce a selection of five wine types made with exotic grapes, little known in our destination. Besides, they will solve all their doubts regarding each type of wine. This tasting will start at 6:00pm and its price is $800 pesos per person.
· Classic Red Wines from Around the World (February 13th 2020)
In this tasting, assistants will enjoy five types of red wine created with classic grapes internationally well known. This event will start at 6:00pm and its price is $850 pesos per person.
· Wine Tasting: Mexican Wine & Cheese Night (February 18th 2020)
To explore the flavor of Mexico’s grapes, this event will offer a selection of five Mexican boutique wines paired with delicious artisan cheese made in Jalisco. This wine airing will start at 6:00pm (also available on February 20th at 5:00pm and 27th at 5:30pm) and its price is $800 pesos per person.
· Wine Tasting: Pinot Noir Night! (February 21st 2020)
Ideal for Pinot Noir fans or the ones interested in learning more about this grape, here they will enjoy five from around the world.

· Wine Tasting: Sparkling Wine & Cheese Night (February 25th 2020)
A classic French champagne, an Italian Prosecco, a Spanish Cava and two new sparkling wines will be part of this delicious and bubly experience, which will be paired with Mexican cheese, nuts and fruits. This event will start at 6:00pm and its price is $850 pesos per person.
All tastings will take place at Uncork Mexico (Matamoros 425-A, El Centro), in an environment full of privacy, so it is advised to book in advance through its website.
