Enjoy a Festive and Delicious Day of the Dead

To commemorate the Day of the Dead establishments from Vallarta · Nayarit such as restaurants No Way José! and Gaby’s Restaurant Bar, as well as the hotel W Punta de Mita; have prepared a series of special events for these festivities.

 

· No Way José! (5 de Febrero 260, Emiliano Zapata)

On November 2nd, No Way José! Invites you to dress up in a Catrin or Catrina costume and they can do makeup activity, this activity will start at 3:00pm. At 7:30, enjoy a musical performance by Fernando González, and to conclude, at 9:00pm, the best Catrin or Catrina outfit will receive a prize. Celebrate with No way José! · Gaby’s Restaurant Bar (Mina 252, El Centro)

Gaby’s Restaurant Bar will celebrate November 2dn with an activity called “Pinta Caritas, which consists of offering the famous Catrina makeup to visitors and residents, starting at 3:00pm. Experience an evening full of colour, tradition and flavor. To book a table call (322) 222-0480.

 

· Hotel W Punta de Mita ( Carr. Federal La Cruz de Huanacaxtle – Punta de Mita KM 8.5, Desarrollo Costa Banderas)

Hotel W Punta de Mita will offer artistic and cultural activities such as a workshop to paint your own calaverita (small skull) to be included in their Day of the Dead Ofrenda. You’ll have two opportunities to take part of this activity: November 1st (3:00pm to 6:00pm) and Saturday November 2nd (12:00pm to 3:00pm and 6:00pm to 10:00pm). In addition, on November 2nd, the Hotel W Punta de Mita will feature a new edition of its Sound Rituals and this time with the collaboration of PUG, from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.
