15 years after its first edition in Banderas Bay, the Trofeo Thierry Blouet is back, one of the most anticipated gastronomical competitions that award the ability, creativity and talent of Mexican young chefs, who prove their skills by using specific ingredients to create a sample menu for five people in a limited time.

This year, each contestant will have to use ingredients such as eggs and foie gras for the appetizer, pork’s Tomahawk for the main dish, and tequila for the dessert. These creations will be evaluated by a jury headed by Gerard Dupont, chef and honorary president of the Académie Culinaire de France, along with other national and internationally known chefs.

The contest and the award ceremony of XV Trofeo Thierry Blouet, will take place on March 4th 2020 at Estación Gourmet de la Universidad de Guadalajara (Av. Francisco Villa 480, Libramiento), at 8:00pm featuring a special four course dinner with drinks and service included, for the attendees.

The price to enjoy this delicious gastronomical experience is $1,100 pesos per person. For more information about the event and reservations call (332) 303-6095 or visit Trofeo Thierry Blouet’s official website.

“One of the biggest benefits of advertising our business in Vallarta Lifestyles is the presence of our brand aimed to the audience we are looking for. It is a reliable and professional magazine that has helped us with the marketing of our restaurant several times, through well done photography or articles. We feel that we understand each other.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles is really well positioned. We are aware of that because we have seen people who arrive to our jewelry with the issue or the advertising in hand asking about the product that is featured there. This dynamic is really interesting for us and makes us glad.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”
