Coming from Long Beach, California, the Carnival Panorama cruise ship arrived in Puerto Vallarta’s Administración Portuaria Integral this morning, which represents a great advance in the gradual reactivation of this industry in our destination.

Its seven-day travel itinerary includes Puerto Vallarta as the first Mexican destination this ship visits since it set sail from California last Saturday, August 21st, 2021. Later, it will continue its journey to Mazatlán, Sinaloa.

This cruise ship has a capacity for 3,500 people, but due to official regulations its capacity was reduced to 70 percent (2,450 people).

According to the shipping company information, 98 percent of passengers are vaccinated against COVID-19, the rest being minors. As a strict health protocols, people should have presented a proof of vaccination, as well as negative PCR tests prior to boarding.

During the health emergency, the Government of Jalisco, in coordination with the three levels of government, provided support to the cruise segment to repatriate passengers and crew through humanitarian bridges in Puerto Vallarta.

“Among other things, Vallarta Lifestyles stands out for its strong presence throughout our destination, from five stars hotels to brand new condominiums, where they finally find the type of clients that we look for. For all of us is very important to be in print media to strengthen our advertising strategy and this magazine is essential to achieve it.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles speaks for itself, it’s a good quality publication with great image, that’s why we have advertised since we started our business. Without any doubt, it is the most read magazine. Its articles and advertising are target to the audience we’re looking for. Vallarta Lifestyles has grown the same way Puerto Vallarta has.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”
