Due to the success of the two previous editions of this event, the 3rd edition of Health & Wellness is back, a holistic event that inspires to create a better state of consciousness and to honor health and wellness of the body and mind.

Health & Wellness has the purpose of expanding a collective consciousness among Vallarta · Nayarit’s residents and visitors, for that reason, this event will be a celebration full of activities that include different yoga, SUP Yoga and meditation techniques, as well as informative talks to encourage a healthier lifestyle.

Besides, at Health & Wellness you will enjoy live music, organic food stands by restaurants such as The Green Palace, María Chula, Poke Poke, Organik, Giros y Helartesano; and a variety of food and personal care products made from natural ingredients.

Health & Wellness will take place on Sunday August 4th of 2019, from 8:00am to 6:00pm at Marriott Hotel, will be free and open to the public. You will find more information here.
