Mexico wins the CONCACAF’S Beach Soccer Championship
Last Sunday May the 19th 2019, beach soccer fans witnessed the award ceremony in which the Mexican team was announced as the winner of the CONCACAF’S Beach Soccer Championship (CBSC) 2019, celebrated in Puerto Vallarta.
After an intense week of soccer matches between teams from Latin America and the Caribbean, Mexico and the United States fought for the title of the CBSC 2019, where the Mexican team was victorious with a score of 6-2.
This is the fourth time that Mexico wins the first place of this championship, leaving the USA in second place and El Salvador in third position.
Besides announcing the winner teams, CONCACAF awarded individual acknowledgments to those players who stood out for their great performance in the field. The award winners are:

Exon Perdomo, El Salvador
Golden glove
Diego Villaseñor, Mexico
Golden boot
Nick Perera, United States
Golden Ball
Benjamín Mosco, Mexico
It is important to mention that Mexico and the United States classified for the 10th edition of the FIFA’s Beach Soccer World Coup, that will take place during November in Paraguay.
