New Hotel and Residences in Mandarina Inaugurated

During a private ceremony, the general director of RLH Properties, Borja Escalada, handed over to Serge Ditesheim, general manager of One&Only Mandarina, the keys to the first property in the new and extraordinary Mandarina tourist resort, under the One&Only Mandarina brand and One&Only Mandarina Private Homes.

The event was also attended by Antonio Echevarría, Nayarit’s governor, César González, general director of Sustainable Tourism Planning and Antonio Riojas, secretary of Tourism of Nayarit, among other personalities.

Located along a nearly two kilometer stretch of pristine beach, Mandarina is the most important new resort and residential community that has been developed on the coast of Mexico in recent years. This development seeks to attract the most demanding buyers and travelers from around the world to the enigmatic beaches of Riviera Nayarit.

One&Only is the brand designated by RLH Properties to operate this Mandarina first hotel and residences, which will open their doors this November 1st, 2020.

One&Only Mandarina will open its extraordinary beach resort with 105 rooms. Guests will be able to enjoy the authentic cuisine of the region, personalized spa services, wellness activities, incredible facilities and personalized excursions in its natural areas.

For its part, One&Only Mandarina Private Homes will offer a collection of 54 residences of the brand, surrounded by views of the lush slopes of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. With an innovative architecture and contemporary design, they have four, five, six and eight bedrooms.
