For 28 years, the International Gourmet Festival has graced the culinary landscape of Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit and Tepic.

During this extensive period, they have hosted 700 guest chefs, each of whom has left an indelible mark on our destination. This extraordinary festival has attracted more than 700,000 food lovers, all of whom have had the pleasure of tasting specially created menus by local and international culinary masters.

Recently, the intricate details of this time-honored event that has become an essential meeting place for connoisseurs of international gourmet cuisine were revealed. The International Gourmet Festival will be held from November 9th to 19th, 2023.

This year’s festival boasts the participation of 31 renowned restaurants and offers a tantalizing program of 13 meticulously curated events from opening night to closing night.
