Puerto Vallarta Increases Air Connectivity this Summer
From July 2023, Puerto Vallarta will have two new air routes to Culiacán and Mexicali, operated by Volaris. This will increase the number of seats and connections with these markets.
The flights will operate twice a week (Thursdays and Sundays), providing more than 700 new seats per week to support the following holiday seasons.
These two Volaris routes are in addition to the existing ones: Mexico City (AICM and AIFA), León, Toluca, Monterrey, Tijuana and Querétaro, making it the Mexican airline with the largest operations at Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
“These new routes will increase the number of seats and connections for visitors arriving soon, as well as expanding the options for connecting from the north of the country to our tourist destination,” said Luis Villaseñor, director of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board.
