Puerto Vallarta is the most sought-after location for vacation home in Mexico, according to Google
In an article titled 30 places Google Says Americans want to buy vacation homes, from Canada to Argentina, published by the Business Insider, Mexico ranked number one, with an affordable average home sale price of $40,275 USD. Additionally, Puerto Vallarta was highlighted as the most sought-after location for vacation home in the country, with the most Google searches at 10,230.

According to the business news source, approximately 14% of realtors respondents in the National Association of Realtors’ Profile of International Activity in US Residential Real Estate said they had a US client seeking to buy a property abroad and 87 % of those clients sought to use that property as a vacation home.
