SANMARÉ Presents the Workout Safety Program

On May 21st, 2019, Dr. Joel Galindo will present the “Workout Safety” program within the facilities of SANMARÉ Health-Care Group in Puerto Vallarta.

“Workout Safety” will provide some tips to reduce the risk of injuries, as well as the handling of them during the practice of sports for people of all ages. The program will be lead by Dr. Joel Galindo, who is an orthopedic surgeon specialized in sports medicine.

The event will begin at 9:00am at SANMARÉ Health-Care Group, a first-contact clinic in Puerto Vallarta dedicated to health care and well-being. The program will be then repeated in Spanish on May 28th, 2019 at 7:00pm.
