Schnitzel Saturdays at Azafrán

The Azafrán restaurant, located in Olas Altas 507, Emiliano Zapata; offers a promotion geared toward the lovers of cosmopolitan gastronomy.

Every Saturday, from 5:00pm to 10:30pm, you may savor one of the iconic Austrian dishes: the traditional schnitzel with roasted potatoes and vegetables, for only $180 pesos.

This dish consists of a mix of textures and flavors, as it is an escalope which is crunchy on the outside, but soft on the inside, topped off with a citric touch.

Azafrán restaurant is owned by Netherlander Gerwin Rutten, who, together with the German chef Andreas Fisher, has accomplished a nuanced gastronomical concept which enhances the sharing of entrées and main dishes among their customers.
