Vallarta · Nayarit keeps surprising us by facing this health contingency with warmth, empathy and service. Different people are willing to help through campaigns and small actions that strengthen the solidarity of our destination.

Here, we present some of the most remarkable examples:

· Health Care Professionals
Currently, doctors, nurses and laboratory technicians are the ones who take the most merit, because despite the risks they face, they are more than willing to offer their services to those who need it most. In addition, various medical institutions are creating ideal spaces to serve a greater number of people.

· Security Personnel
The National Guard has the city under watch and has joined the awareness campaign through the distribution of antibacterial gel in different areas of our destination such as the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and bus terminals, in addition to being involved in preventive measures training.

· Community Groups
The PEACE Punta de Mita organization has joined forces with Punta Mita Resort and La Comer Supermarket to identify vulnerable families in order to ensure food for the entire duration of this health contingency.

· Private Initiative
To support and thank the front line police force that is monitoring the security of the destination, hotels such as Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, Las Palomas Nuevo Vallarta, Occidental, Paradise Village, RIU, Vallarta Gardens and Vidanta are providing them with drinking water daily. And the restaurants El Chivero, Il Padrino di Vallarta, La Puerca Chula, La Quinta di Francesco, Mar y Sol, Mediterráneo and Toscana Mía are offering them food.
