From November 27th to December 27th 2019, the exhibition Walk among Worlds by the guest artist Máximo González will take place.

Walk among Worlds is a dramatic outdoor installation. Thousands of inflatable beach balls will seem to float up the walls of the participating establishments: Galeria Omar Alonso (Leona Vicario 249, El Centro), Café des Artistes (Guadalupe Sánchez 740, El Centro,) y Galerie Café des Artistes (Juárez 781, El Centro). In this playful, immersive installation, the artist explores the effects of light and lightness, reflecting on world cultures and political division.

Máximo González is an Argentinian artist who lives in Mexico City. He has a Master’s Degree in Visual Arts and his artwork has been showcased presented in different cities of the United States, Canada, Spain, Italy and Mexico, where he has participated in 153 group exhibitions and 43 solos.

“We have been clients of Vallarta Lifestyles since 1999, the year in which we arrived to this destination. Back then, it was the only publication where you could really do local marketing. These days, in spite of the arrival of new technologies, we keep advertising, because it is a really important complement for our marketing strategy.”
