The 12th Puerto Vallarta Ceviche and Aguachile Festival will take place on Sunday, July 31st, 2022. This culinary event will feature the participation of 12 seafood restaurants from around the bay.

On this occasion, Puerto Mágico will host this cultural gastronomic exhibition, which is scheduled to take place from 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

Admission will be free to the 12th Puerto Vallarta Ceviche and Aguachile Festival and you will be able to taste more than 40 varieties and styles of these two dishes, as well as cocktails with Mexican distillates, craft beers, Mexican wines and much more.

The chefs Federico Pérez, Andrea García, Victoria Bobadilla, Carlos Rodríguez and Iván Rico will participate as a jury, since there will be a tour around the stands to select the best recipe and to award the three first places.

In addition, there will be a master class, where these chefs will prepare a South America-style ceviche.
