The coast of Banderas Bay is preparing for a wave of adrenaline and excitement with the 2024 Wind Festival (Festival del Viento), which will be held on the beaches of Bucerías from May 17th to 19th, 2024.

The Wind Festival has established itself as the epicenter of kiteboarding in Latin America, attracting more than 300 elite athletes and passionate enthusiasts of this extreme sport.

With categories including Downwind, Long Distance, Big Air, Foil Regatta, Freestyle and Slalom, the festival promises three days of intense competition. Participants will race from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle to Bucerías, demonstrating their skills and dexterity as they battle the winds of the Mexican Pacific. This event is not just a competition, but a celebration of the energy, talent and creativity that define the world of kiteboarding.

The Wind Festival aims to promote and support the professional growth of the participants, while positioning Riviera Nayarit as an ideal destination for water sports and adventure activities. The presence of top athletes and the opportunity to see them in action attracts a large number of spectators and adrenaline seekers.

With the stunning beaches of Bucerías as a backdrop, 2024 Wind Festival is an event not to be missed.

“Vallarta Lifestyles is the number one magazine of its type in Vallarta · Nayarit. We were the first ones to advertise, because we saw it as an ideal platform to show our properties. The result? For a long time it has generated an extraordinary quantity of clients. Now in addition to that, it contributes to the positioning of our brand.”

“We started to advertise in Vallarta Lifestyles because since its beginnings and to date it keeps using modern technological equipment to produce it and it is possible to notice that in the quality of the magazine, which offers interesting topics about the life of our destination through its articles and interviews to well known personalities. Actually, I keep a collection in my personal library.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”
