The Yogi Bar is a juice bar, café and yoga studio that opened this past January at Marina Vallarta’s boardwalk, featuring a wide range of healthy beverages and snacks, such as detox juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, salads and toasts, many of which are also referred to as superfoods, nutrient powerhouses that pack large doses of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Owners, Abigail García and Laura Aranda, shared a common interest in veganism and vegetarianism some time last year and came up with the idea of the venue. Despite the fact the young entrepreneurs didn’t have previous experience in business, they decided to “go for it and made it happen.”

We wanted to offer a healthy fast food option so people could have an in-between  meal snack with ingredients like superfoods, whose properties are highly nutritious.

The place offers a chic, beach-style decoration and ambiance that perfectly complements its laid-back concept. An added bonus: their dishes are presented so beautifully, you’ll be inclined to take a snapshot and share it before your first bite.

Get a taste of the healthy grub served at The Yogi Bar with these five fast-food lunches, ideal options to savor after an exercise routine or as in-between meal snacks.

“Among other things, Vallarta Lifestyles stands out for its strong presence throughout our destination, from five stars hotels to brand new condominiums, where they finally find the type of clients that we look for. For all of us is very important to be in print media to strengthen our advertising strategy and this magazine is essential to achieve it.”

“When I first opened my gallery in 1986, my relationship with Vallarta Lifestyles started for the need of people to know me and, because it is one of the very few quality publications in the destination, I decided to advertise in it. There are clients that still remember me for the magazine, with whom I have had several years of relationship.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles, from its inception has been a quality reference. In some way, it has managed to consolidate the destination because all our restaurants where there and we communicate as an exchange platform. The benefit, besides advertisement and recommendation, is that this publication is a solid copy of Puerto Vallarta’s evolution. If you pick up an old issue, immediately you’ll recall precious memories.”
