The Jewish Community in Puerto Vallarta will celebrate its traditional Passover Seder this coming Monday, April 10, starting 6:00pm at the River Café on the Isla Río Cuale.

The dinner will consist of a Kosher menu, including Gefilte fish, Matzo Ball soup, brisket, roasted chicken, roasted herb potatoes, steamed mixed vegetables, homemade sorbet and fresh fruit, as well as coffee, tea and wine.

The Passover Seder is a yearly Jewish ritual feast marking the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover, where they commemorate the Exodus – their liberation by God and Moses from slavery in Egypt and their freedom as a nation. Some of the traditional Seder customs include telling the story, drinking four cups of wine, partaking of symbolic foods placed on the Passover Seder Plate and reclining in celebration of freedom.

Menu prices for this year’s Passover Seder will be $800 MXN for adults and $400 MXN for kids (gratuity included). Reservation with pre-payment is requested. Methods of payment: Paypal with the River Café, deliver cash payment with your name, number of people in your party and contact information in an envelope to the River Café or Western Union.  For reservations, please contact Donna Feldman at ten.l1734870940abolg1734870940cbs@11734870940htleh1734870940 for WU directions and/or general information or book here.

“Vallarta Lifestyles, from its inception has been a quality reference. In some way, it has managed to consolidate the destination because all our restaurants where there and we communicate as an exchange platform. The benefit, besides advertisement and recommendation, is that this publication is a solid copy of Puerto Vallarta’s evolution. If you pick up an old issue, immediately you’ll recall precious memories.”

“We started to advertise 7 or 8 years ago and certainly it has helped us position our brand. Now that we have improved a lot in quality, processes and finished products, our marketing in the magazine is precisely to strengthen the leadership we have earned through the 13 years in the area. I also think that we also have grown with the advertisement and that it has been done and it has helped us get to where we are now.”

“When I first opened my gallery in 1986, my relationship with Vallarta Lifestyles started for the need of people to know me and, because it is one of the very few quality publications in the destination, I decided to advertise in it. There are clients that still remember me for the magazine, with whom I have had several years of relationship.”
