The Jewish Community in Puerto Vallarta will celebrate its traditional Passover Seder this coming Monday, April 10, starting 6:00pm at the River Café on the Isla Río Cuale.

The dinner will consist of a Kosher menu, including Gefilte fish, Matzo Ball soup, brisket, roasted chicken, roasted herb potatoes, steamed mixed vegetables, homemade sorbet and fresh fruit, as well as coffee, tea and wine.

The Passover Seder is a yearly Jewish ritual feast marking the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover, where they commemorate the Exodus – their liberation by God and Moses from slavery in Egypt and their freedom as a nation. Some of the traditional Seder customs include telling the story, drinking four cups of wine, partaking of symbolic foods placed on the Passover Seder Plate and reclining in celebration of freedom.

Menu prices for this year’s Passover Seder will be $800 MXN for adults and $400 MXN for kids (gratuity included). Reservation with pre-payment is requested. Methods of payment: Paypal with the River Café, deliver cash payment with your name, number of people in your party and contact information in an envelope to the River Café or Western Union.  For reservations, please contact Donna Feldman at ten.l1713903305abolg1713903305cbs@11713903305htleh1713903305 for WU directions and/or general information or book here.

“Vallarta Lifestyles is very helpful for someone who arrives for the first time to the destination, because through its content one can discover really nice places to visit. Besides, it is a guide for us as residents, because we know from a good source the new things we can do. People take the magazine and in one place they find hotels, restaurants, galleries, real estate and other featured services.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles is a platform that allows us to reach the kind of market that we’re looking for. I think that, since its beginnings, 30 years ago, it has been the best publication of the destination. There’s no doubt that part of our success is for the advertising that we have in the magazine.”
