The Jewish Community in Puerto Vallarta will celebrate its traditional Passover Seder this coming Monday, April 10, starting 6:00pm at the River Café on the Isla Río Cuale.

The dinner will consist of a Kosher menu, including Gefilte fish, Matzo Ball soup, brisket, roasted chicken, roasted herb potatoes, steamed mixed vegetables, homemade sorbet and fresh fruit, as well as coffee, tea and wine.

The Passover Seder is a yearly Jewish ritual feast marking the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Passover, where they commemorate the Exodus – their liberation by God and Moses from slavery in Egypt and their freedom as a nation. Some of the traditional Seder customs include telling the story, drinking four cups of wine, partaking of symbolic foods placed on the Passover Seder Plate and reclining in celebration of freedom.

Menu prices for this year’s Passover Seder will be $800 MXN for adults and $400 MXN for kids (gratuity included). Reservation with pre-payment is requested. Methods of payment: Paypal with the River Café, deliver cash payment with your name, number of people in your party and contact information in an envelope to the River Café or Western Union.  For reservations, please contact Donna Feldman at ten.l1713344831abolg1713344831cbs@11713344831htleh1713344831 for WU directions and/or general information or book here.

“We started to advertise in Vallarta Lifestyles because since its beginnings and to date it keeps using modern technological equipment to produce it and it is possible to notice that in the quality of the magazine, which offers interesting topics about the life of our destination through its articles and interviews to well known personalities. Actually, I keep a collection in my personal library.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles is a platform that allows us to reach the kind of market that we’re looking for. I think that, since its beginnings, 30 years ago, it has been the best publication of the destination. There’s no doubt that part of our success is for the advertising that we have in the magazine.”

“We have been advertising in Vallarta Lifestyles since the opening of our restaurant, and since then, we have kept a strong relationship. Due to its scope and distribution, the campaigns that we advertised regarding our different culinary projects have always been a success. This magazine has been consolidated as a benchmark that promotes the beauty of our destination in a creative and effective way.”
