Our destination is gearing up to welcome enthusiastic runners from around the world for the fifth edition of the Puerto Vallarta Marathon, set to take place on April 21st, 2024. One of the highlights of this edition is the prize pool (500,000 MXN), which will be distributed among the different male and female categories.

With the start and finish in Puerto Mágico, runners will experience the natural beauty of this destination.

The fifth edition of the Puerto Vallarta Marathon 2024, which expects the participation of 3,000 runners, aims to become Mexico’s flagship competition. To achieve this goal, this year’s 42-kilometer race will be endorsed and certified by AIMS World Running (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races), making it a qualifier for international marathons such as the Boston Marathon.
