Arigato Bake & Brew: Sushi, Craft Beer and Artisan Bread in San Pancho

Recently opened in San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit, Arigato Bake & Brew is a place/bar focused in providing sushi, craft beer and artisan bread made with sourdough.

“This place is about carefully cooking each of the dishes we offer, as well as recommending one of the five craft beers we have. Our specialties are cooked respecting the recipes of the great-great-grandmother,” explains Rasele Ziemite, owner of Arigato Bake & Brew.

Arigato Bake & Brew offers an open kitchen that allows you to observe the local ingredients used for cooking, as well as the entire process that involves the preparation of these sushis called temakis due to their shape, taste and way of eating. 25 people can be seated comfortably.

“It seems important to me to point out that all dishes that need to be fried are made exceptionally with olive and/or coconut oil,” Ziemite concludes.
