Los Mangos Public Library invites locals and visitors to its fundraising event Casino Night, to benefit the presentation of its innovative early education program “APAPACHO” at the Participation and Democratization of Knowledge conference (ARNA 2017) to take place June 12 – 16 in Cartagena, Colombia.

Casino Night will be held this coming Friday, May 19, from 8:00pm – 11:00pm at this cultural venue and has a $150 pesos admission fee (includes courtesy drink). The event will feature great ambience, DJ music and casino tables (craps table, Texas hold’em, Black Jack and roulette).

APAPACHO, which means “to cuddle” in Spanish, is a free early education program for children 24 – 36 months of age and their parents. Each chapter consists of six sessions, two hours each, on Saturdays at 9:00am. The project is backed by the latest findings in early learning research. For more information about this activity, please click here.

Los Mangos Public Library is located at 1001 Francisco Villa avenue, Los Mangos. For more information about the event, call (322) 224-9966.

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles is a platform that allows us to reach the kind of market that we’re looking for. I think that, since its beginnings, 30 years ago, it has been the best publication of the destination. There’s no doubt that part of our success is for the advertising that we have in the magazine.”
