Chef Thierry Blouet’s local restaurants Café des Artistes and Tuna Blanca will host the second edition of Chocolate & Cocktails Festival in July, official sources announced. This highly-anticipated event provides diners with the opportunity to taste special desserts made with Belgian chocolate by the brand Callebaut and pair them with exotic cocktails by renowned mixologists.

This year’s edition will feature desserts by Nancy Hernández (pastry chef at Grupo Café des Artistes), an invited chef from Callebaut and refreshing and innovative cocktails by Dan Simey Rodríguez. Dates, menus and prices will be announced soon.

Grupo Café des Artistes was also pleased to announced that the branch of their flagship restaurant, Café des Artistes, in San José del Cabo was recently awarded Best Culinary Experience at a Hotel in the first edition of Culinary Awards Los Cabos, in which a total of 24 restaurants competed and winners were chosen by an online voting.

“We started advertising in Vallarta Lifestyles because we really liked the quality. Actually, it is still the best magazine of Puerto Vallarta, because of its spectacular articles and photos. Thanks to its distribution points at famous hotels, it is the ideal publication to reach the clients we are looking for.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles speaks for itself, it’s a good quality publication with great image, that’s why we have advertised since we started our business. Without any doubt, it is the most read magazine. Its articles and advertising are target to the audience we’re looking for. Vallarta Lifestyles has grown the same way Puerto Vallarta has.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”
