Color Running and Vallarta Color Race in Puerto Vallarta

A few weeks ago, organizers announced dates for the Color Running and the Vallarta Color Race competitions, which will take place on Sunday, June 4 and 18 respectively. Everyone can join these races that have become very popular among residents and visitors alike thanks to the colorful and fun experiences they offer.   

Color running will be 5K long (going from the Agustin Flores Contreras Municipal Stadium to the Villa del Palmar Hotel and back) and Vallarta Color Race offers 5K and 10K modalities (on the same route). Participants will be able to walk, run or jog. Along the route, five stations will be set, where runners will be doused with colorful powder, creating a festive atmosphere.

Color Running will take place on Sunday, June 4, at 8:40am and tickets are $220 pesos adults and $160 pesos children. The cost includes the event’s t-shirt, medal, sunglasses, bracelet and hydration. Tickets are available for sale at Artepil Spa Plaza San Marino, Pilates Vallarta in Marina Vallarta, Deportes Estadio (Ecuador 1948), Fearless (Av. Fluvial 260 L 13-14), Bahía Crossfit in colonia Villa Las Flores, Aequilibrium Bike (Viena 350 L5), Lake Fitness Store, Super Power Crossfit and Lasser Sport across from the Stadium. Vallarta Color Race will take place on Sunday, June 18, at 8:00am and tickets are $250 pesos. The cost includes the event’s t-shirt, medal, sunglasses and hydration. Tickets are available for sale at Vallarta Fitness in Galerías Vallarta. More information at www.runningrivieranayarit.com.
