Copa Airlines (the flag carrier of Panama) has announced its new international, direct flight for the next winter season, a new route between Panama City and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, that will be operating twice a week, starting on December 16. Puerto Vallarta will be the fifth Mexican destination for the airline, following Mexico City, Cancun, Guadalajara and Monterrey.

Mauro Arredondo, Copa Airlines’ general manager stated: “Mexico is an important market for Copa Airlines to continue developing and offering world-class quality service, connectivity, and punctuality. The Panama – Puerto Vallarta · Riviera Nayarit route will strengthen the development of the tourism sector as well as commercial and investment opportunities with this important region of southeast Mexico.” He added: “With this new route, the Hub of the Americas at Panama’s Tocumen International Airport will continue to consolidate as the most efficient and best-connected airline hub on the American continent.”

The flight will begin with a twice-weekly frequency on Thursdays and Sundays, departing from Panama City at 9:05am and arriving at the Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport at 1:25pm (local time). The return flight departs the same day from Puerto Vallarta at 3:40pm, arriving in Panama City at 8:00pm (local time). The route will operate on a Boeing 737-700 aircraft with room for 12 first class passengers and 112 passengers in the main cabin.

“One of the biggest benefits of advertising our business in Vallarta Lifestyles is the presence of our brand aimed to the audience we are looking for. It is a reliable and professional magazine that has helped us with the marketing of our restaurant several times, through well done photography or articles. We feel that we understand each other.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”

“Among other things, Vallarta Lifestyles stands out for its strong presence throughout our destination, from five stars hotels to brand new condominiums, where they finally find the type of clients that we look for. For all of us is very important to be in print media to strengthen our advertising strategy and this magazine is essential to achieve it.”
