Cuisine of the Sun Lands on the Riviera Nayarit

“Cuisine of the Sun,” the new international food and wine festival sponsored by Villa La Estancia Luxury Beach Resort and Spa, will take place in Nuevo Vallarta from April 13 to 17, bringing together some of the biggest names in food as well as top chefs around the world. Activities include dinners, cooking classes, wine tastings and the finest dining experiences for all those who participate.

Featuring chefs, mixologists, sommeliers and celebrities worldwide, the first edition of the event emerges as one of the most anticipated culinary festivals of the year.

“We’ll have cooking demos, brunch, wine tastings and great mixology demos put on by some of the best professionals in the industry. We’ll also have several beach events, from fine dining to roasts by the shore, and we’ll sip incredible drinks made from the most famous tequilas and liqueurs from unique destinations around Mexico and the world,” commented Villa La Estancia General Manager, Olivier Coupat.

The list of personalities attending the event is headed by US Foods’ Culinary Specialist, Penny Davidi, who will be joined by Michele Ragussis, Adam Gertler, Patrick “Pat” Neely, Manouschka Guerrier, Martita Jara, Stephen Kalt, Rahm Fama and mixologist Mia Mastroanni.
