The local yoga studio Davanna Yoga presents its upcoming Advanced Yoga Teacher & Yoga Lifestyle Training, to take place in Puerto Vallarta from December 1 – 23, 2017 and from October 1 – 23, 2018. This is a 300-hour program and when added to a previous 200-hour certification (from anywhere in the world) you will be eligible for the  RYT (Registered Yoga Training) 500 designation with the Yoga Alliance.

Davanna Yoga teaches classic yoga based on the 8 limbs of yoga and focusing on the Krishnamacharya parameters for vinyasa sequencing. You will receive in-depth training on teaching meditation, restorative yoga and yoga nidra while the daily yogic rituals and Ayurveda module will immerse you in the personal yogic lifestyle.

The advantage of this training is that it is offered in a working yoga shala and training group sizes are very small. Healthy vegetarian/vegan options are very accessible in the neighborhood where the yoga studio is located.

"Since we started the company we have advertised in Vallarta Lifestyles, a publication that is considered ‘Puerto Vallarta’s Magazine’ by the quality of its images, content and staff, unique characteristics that encouraged us to say: ‘We have to be in Vallarta Lifestyles’. We know that this magazine is a reference for the target market that we are looking for and we know that being there gives us prestige.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles, from its inception has been a quality reference. In some way, it has managed to consolidate the destination because all our restaurants where there and we communicate as an exchange platform. The benefit, besides advertisement and recommendation, is that this publication is a solid copy of Puerto Vallarta’s evolution. If you pick up an old issue, immediately you’ll recall precious memories.”
