Dinner in the Sky, a Belgian-based novelty restaurant service which uses a crane to hoist its diners, table and wait staff 150 feet into the air, will make its first visit to Puerto Vallarta next month. Named by Forbes magazine as one of the world’s ten most unusual restaurants, the franchise has mobile services in 15 countries. A specially designed table for up to 22 guests is hoisted by a crane. Given the capacity, reservations are strongly recommended.

Dinner in the Sky Puerto Vallarta will be available at the Velas Vallarta Hotel January 28 – February 28, 2017, promising the excitement and adrenaline rush of being high above, while enjoying a spectacular view and being served by renowned chefs. Guest chefs expected to participate include Thierry Blouet (Café des Artistes), Ignacio and Alfonso Cadena (La Leche) and several others.

“We have been advertising in Vallarta Lifestyles since the opening of our restaurant, and since then, we have kept a strong relationship. Due to its scope and distribution, the campaigns that we advertised regarding our different culinary projects have always been a success. This magazine has been consolidated as a benchmark that promotes the beauty of our destination in a creative and effective way.”

“We have been clients of Vallarta Lifestyles since 1999, the year in which we arrived to this destination. Back then, it was the only publication where you could really do local marketing. These days, in spite of the arrival of new technologies, we keep advertising, because it is a really important complement for our marketing strategy.”

“One of the biggest benefits of advertising in Vallarta Lifestyles is that a lot of readers keep it as a bible. People have arrived to our gallery looking for the pieces that are in the advertisements published 5 or 6 years ago, and that’s really valuable for us. Besides being an excellent magazine where is possible to find the newest in the destination, it is a publication dedicated to the public we want to reach and keep.”
