The Sotol Festival, presented by Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta, will be held from January 31st to February 13th, 2019, where you can enjoy this drink made with wild agave.

One hundred percent organic, the sotol is produced through an artisan process similar to that of mezcal. What differences the sotol from other similar distillates is the botanical family of the agave from which it is extracted, which can only be found in Chihuahua, Coahuila and Durango.

The Sotol Festival will take place in Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta and Tuna Blanca in Punta de Mita, so residents and visitors can delight their palates with a variety of cocktails made with this unique drink. Tasty gourmet tacos will be specially prepared for the event.

Don’t miss this experience!

“There are lots of reasons why we have advertised in Vallarta Lifestyles for several years. One of them is that they know pretty well their target, because they know who are their readers and they adapt as much as possible the content and material that is offered. For these reasons they have a growing number of readers which is very important for us. Another reason is that many people  —including us— think that the magazine has been as a serious publication since its beginnings. Historically, Vallarta Lifestyles has known how to capture the audience and has done it pretty well."

“Vallarta Lifestyles, from its inception has been a quality reference. In some way, it has managed to consolidate the destination because all our restaurants where there and we communicate as an exchange platform. The benefit, besides advertisement and recommendation, is that this publication is a solid copy of Puerto Vallarta’s evolution. If you pick up an old issue, immediately you’ll recall precious memories.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”
