“For the Love to Garlic & Mango” Fest by River Café
From June the 11th to July the 31st 2019, River Café will be offering a special four course menu for this summer, with dishes featuring two of the most favorite ingredients of the local gastronomy: garlic and mango.
Delight your senses through the aromas and flavors that stand out in the River Café four course menu, which offers two options of appetizers, as well as three main dishes and two desserts to choose from.
Amuse Bouche
Garlic comfit with mango chutney and bell pepper served with one plain crostini.
Appetizer
- Quinoa Salad
Avocado and grilled peach with mango and cilantro vinaigrette.
- Double Garlic cream soup
With potato and chipotle aioli.
Main Course
- Surf and Turf Brochettes
Beef fillet and shrimp brochettes, vegetables, mashed potato and garlic butter.
- Garlic Penne Pasta
Roasted garlic, pancetta and green peas with creamy garlic sauce.
- Grilled Chicken Breast
Over vegetable quinoa toped with mango-mint marmalade.
Dessert
- Brandy Glazed Fresh Mango
Over vanilla ice cream.
