For all painting lovers, Galleria Dante (Basilio Badillo 269, Emiliano Zapata) has prepared two art workshops that will available during January.

To start, the Mexican painter Efrén González will offer the Oil Painting Workshop and will be available from January 14th to 17th or from January 21st to 24th of 2020, from 9:00am a 3:30pm.

During this workshop, assistants may learn to use and improve their painting technique in subjects such as landscape, water scenes, animals, streets, groups of people and still life.

On the other hand, from January 28th to 31st of 2020, from 9:00am to 4:00pm, the Canadian painter and professor Donna Dickson will offer the Acrylic Workshop, where some of the basic painting concept will be taught such as drawing, composition and design.

Besides, this workshop will emphasize on mastering the color and the tints mix to create different tones and shades.

The price for each workshop is $400 USD per person and it includes materials such as photography, canvas, paints, palette, pencil, drawing paper, brushes, table, easel and chair.

“We have been clients of Vallarta Lifestyles since 1999, the year in which we arrived to this destination. Back then, it was the only publication where you could really do local marketing. These days, in spite of the arrival of new technologies, we keep advertising, because it is a really important complement for our marketing strategy.”

“We started to advertise 7 or 8 years ago and certainly it has helped us position our brand. Now that we have improved a lot in quality, processes and finished products, our marketing in the magazine is precisely to strengthen the leadership we have earned through the 13 years in the area. I also think that we also have grown with the advertisement and that it has been done and it has helped us get to where we are now.”

“In a meeting that we had with the magazine’s founder, he told us about his dream of making a quality and luxury publication because he was convinced that Puerto Vallarta needed that. For that reason, we have advertised in Vallarta Lifestyles since its beginnings. These days, our brand is very well positioned thanks to the strategic distribution of the magazine, as it helps us reach more potential customers which is a great benefit for us.”
