Gaviotas Presents its Sensory Experience
Located within the facilities of Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center, Gaviotas is a Puerto Vallarta restaurant offering its guests the flavors of the Mexican gourmet cuisine.
Recently, they have launched an exquisite seven-course menu dinner called Sensory Experience, which was created by Oscar Osuna, chef patrón of Gaviotas.
This dinner begins with the Huichol Tiname, a striking and delicious welcome cocktail. Then, little by little the exquisite seven-course menu is served.
Salmon Trio
Coriander and requesón sauce with green pea sprouts.
Watermelon Symphony
Watermelon gravlax, watermelon rind chutney and basil foam in virgin vinaigrette with avocado caviar.
Spinach Salad
Cumin pear purée, pickled cotija cheese, cashew nuts and crispy sweet potato.
Iztaccíhuatl
White tomato cream, caramelized peanuts and Asian pear with coriander.
Catch of the Day Escuinapa Style
Dry shrimp mole, sweet potato puree and mezcal Salicornia.
Beef Steak
Pumpkin purée, grilled purple carrot and shrimp fonduta in onion sauce.
Mexican Coffee Tiramisu
This unique experience is priced at $1,199 MXN per person and is currently available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 6:00pm to 10:30pm. It is planned to offer it until December 2020. Reservations at (322) 226-0404.
