Organizers just announced the first edition of Health and Wellness Puerto Vallarta, an event that seeks to acquaint attendees with new self care options and alternatives, including better eating practices, along with spiritual practices such as yoga and meditation.

The event will take place on Sunday, March 13 at Lázaro Cárdenas Park in Colonia Emiliano Zapata, starting at 9:00 am with a yoga class by the Yoga Collective. Throughout the day, other activities include the workshops “Replacing meat with vegetable proteins,” by Veggie Table and “Quick-Cooking Vegetarian Food,” by 8 Bottega Organic. A presentation, “Eat to heal,” will be offered by Playa Detox and “Quick-cooking vegetarian food” will be presented by Wellness Latina.

In addition, restaurants such as Veggie Table, Playa Detox, Rancho El Limón and Lamara will be offering vegan and veggie dishes at low prices for the audience.

Health and Wellness Puerto Vallarta is possible thank to the collaboration of The Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board, Puerto Vallarta’s Culture Institute, Emiliano Zapata Neighborhood Association and Stratos Media Agency, and it is free to the public.

“We started to advertise in Vallarta Lifestyles because since its beginnings and to date it keeps using modern technological equipment to produce it and it is possible to notice that in the quality of the magazine, which offers interesting topics about the life of our destination through its articles and interviews to well known personalities. Actually, I keep a collection in my personal library.”

“One of the biggest benefits of advertising our business in Vallarta Lifestyles is the presence of our brand aimed to the audience we are looking for. It is a reliable and professional magazine that has helped us with the marketing of our restaurant several times, through well done photography or articles. We feel that we understand each other.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles, from its inception has been a quality reference. In some way, it has managed to consolidate the destination because all our restaurants where there and we communicate as an exchange platform. The benefit, besides advertisement and recommendation, is that this publication is a solid copy of Puerto Vallarta’s evolution. If you pick up an old issue, immediately you’ll recall precious memories.”
