Join the Very First Green Race Riviera Nayarit!

Everything is set for the very first edition of the 3K & 10K Green Race Riviera Nayarit, to take place this coming Sunday, January 15, in Nuevo Vallarta—starting at the Samba Vallarta Hotel at 8:00am.

This competition is hosted by the Club de Leones Riviera Nayarit to raise funds for their Ecological Campaign, which encourages environmental awareness and undertakes beach clean-ups and reforestation of public areas and urban gardens. Reason why the slogan of the event is “Sowing the seeds of a better future”.

“This is a recreational race featuring an open category for men and other for women. We are hoping families join it and are very excited about the possibility of hosting the event every year,”—Club de Leones Riviera Nayarit president, Santiago Orozco mentioned.

All participants will be able to win special prices provided by the event’s sponsors and the first 350 runners to register will receive a dry-fit shirt and a flowering tree of the primavera or rosamorada species.

Tickets are available for purchase by calling (322) 135-7786 ($250 MXN per person). It is highly recommended that runners arrive at the starting point at 7:00am.

Running kits will be available for pick up on Saturday, January 14, at the Paradise Village Plaza from 10:00am – 6:00pm. Tickets will also be available  for sale in this location during those hours.
