La Lulú Raicillería + Cocina
Local chef Memo Wulff is starting a new adventure with the opening of La Lulú Raicillería + Cocina, a restaurant-bar that pays tribute to raicilla (the most representative distilled agave spirit in western Jalisco). La Lulú offers several types of drinks, including raicilla, tequila, beer and cocktails. In addition, the menu features dishes such as Aztec soup, flautas, panela, hot tuna, mussels and chicken wings.
The restaurant is located at España 305, in colonia Versalles (next to Barrio Bistro). For reservations, call (322) 183-9519.

About chef Memo Wulff
Originally from Puerto Vallarta and graduated from California Culinary Academy (San Francisco), Guillermo “Memo” Wulff has a 20-year-long career. He’s participated at important events such as the Food and Wine (Aspen, Colorado), Flavor of the Senses (Orlando, Florida), besides the International Gourmet Festival and Vallarta · Nayarit Gastronómica (Puerto Vallarta). He’s the owner of the restaurants Barrio Bistro and La Lulú Raicillería + Cocina.
