One&Only Mandarina Private Homes, the brand’s first-ever residences to come to market, are now debuting at One&Only Mandarina, the resort located in Riviera Nayarit.

The Private Homes comprise 55 villas that are built into the oceanfront cliffs and mountains that this destination is known for. The core collection offers either four- or five-bedroom villas that span from 4,470 to 7,390 square feet. All the homes stand out for their views toward the lush surrounding rainforest and the Pacific Ocean.

The renowned architect Rick Joy, founder of the Studio Rick Joy, designed the villas and is also behind the original design of the resort.

“The essence of Mandarina is to be immersed in the nature and, to that end, the homes have an indoor/outdoor living room and a kitchen that opens out onto a large terrace where you get vistas of the sea or mountains.” —Kappner Clark, chief marketing officer for RLH Properties, One&Only Mandarina’s developer.

Amenities that owners can enjoy at the 620-acre resort include the hiking and biking trails, equestrian and polo center, spa, restaurants and beach clubs.

Without a doubt, the One&Only Mandarina Private Homes are among the most luxury and high-end residences of the Mexican Pacific coast.

“We started to advertise in Vallarta Lifestyles because since its beginnings and to date it keeps using modern technological equipment to produce it and it is possible to notice that in the quality of the magazine, which offers interesting topics about the life of our destination through its articles and interviews to well known personalities. Actually, I keep a collection in my personal library.”

“We started to advertise 7 or 8 years ago and certainly it has helped us position our brand. Now that we have improved a lot in quality, processes and finished products, our marketing in the magazine is precisely to strengthen the leadership we have earned through the 13 years in the area. I also think that we also have grown with the advertisement and that it has been done and it has helped us get to where we are now.”

“In a meeting that we had with the magazine’s founder, he told us about his dream of making a quality and luxury publication because he was convinced that Puerto Vallarta needed that. For that reason, we have advertised in Vallarta Lifestyles since its beginnings. These days, our brand is very well positioned thanks to the strategic distribution of the magazine, as it helps us reach more potential customers which is a great benefit for us.”
